Chef’s Homemade Soup of the Day (V)
A hearty home-made soup with freshly home baked bread and Trewithen Cornish butter
Crab & Lemon Mayonniase Timbale 
Served with a crispy leaf salad
Moules Marinière
Local mussels steamed in white wine and garlic, finished with cream
Cornish Goats Cheese Salad (V)
With toasted pine nuts, baby beetroots and celery salad
Chicken and Mushroom Terrine
Served with fresh salad, chutney and homemade char-grilled bread


Main Courses

Roasted Breast of Free Range Chicken
Served with crushed new potatoes, roasted root vegetables and rich roast gravy
Roast Loin of North Atlantic Cod
Served with buttered new potatoes, roasted red pepper coulis and wilted spinach
Loin of Pork
Served with wholegrain mustard mashed potato, caramelised apple sauce and roasted vegetables
Grilled Sea Bass Fillets
Served with sautée potatoes, wilted spinach and a saffron and Cray sauce
Butternut Squash Risotto (V)
Served with crispy sage leaves
