FREE COVID-19 Protection Cover
In these times of uncertainty it’s reassuring to know there’s flexibility if the worst happens.
Firstly, we encourage all of our guests to book holiday insurance as you will likely be covered by a much wider range of unexpected reasons for cancelling your holiday rather than just Covid.
In the event that the lead guest needs to cancel because they have tested positive for COVID, or have been contacted by the NHS Track & Trace system and need to self-isolate during any part of the booked holiday, you will need to cancel within 24 hours of being officially advised. We will, upon receipt of the relevant proof e.g. a copy of the NHS notification, cancel the booking and confirm that we will hold any monies paid as a credit to be used against a future direct booking.
If the alternative date is more expensive then the difference in cost will be payable but if it is cheaper, whilst there will be no refund, we will hold the remaining balance on credit to be used towards a future booking. This offer has no time limit.
Please note that by default this FREE Covid-19 Protection is for the lead person named on the booking only, however, we are happy to extend this protection to all guests staying in the booked accommodation providing we are notified of the full names of all guests at least 21 days prior to arrival, or if arriving within 21 days of booking, you must notify us of all names within 24 hours of booking. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org forwarding a copy of your booking confirmation from Breaks in Cornwall and detailing all names of guests who will be resident in the booked accommodation.
