This select development of deluxe villas and apartments is set in the grounds of the Porth Veor Manor Hotel and guests have full access to the hotel facilities including the bar, restaurant and swimming pool.

All of the units - brand new from 28 Jul 2007 - are equipped and furnished to a very high standard throughout and available on either a self catering basis or can be booked in advance, subject of course to space, on a bed and breakfast or half board basis.

All units are spacious and range from 840 sq ft for apartments rising up to 1000 sq ft for the villas.

The excellent facilities include:

  • 7 villas and 4 apartments each with 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin both with tv, sleeps 4 - plus double sofa in lounge. Max 6 persons. Plus one 3 bedroom villa with 2 doubles and 1 twin, sleeps 4 plus double sofa in lounge. Max 6 persons.
  • All bedrooms have satellite tv and dvd
  • Each unit has 2 de luxe bathrooms, with one en-suite, plus extra bathroom in the 3 bedroom villa
  • Lounge/diner with widescreen tv and selected satellite channels plus dvd and a high quality double sofa bed
  • Well equipped kitchen area with cooker, microwave, dish washer, fridge and separate freezer, iron and board, plus a wide range of utensils, crockery and cutlery
  • All bedding, made up for your arrival, comprises pillows, duvets and linen
  • All towels and tea towels provided
  • Full double glazing and underfloor heating, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a safe
  • BT broadband with free network connection in living room plus wireless internet connection
  • Reserved private parking
  • Patio or balcony

  • NB: Pets are not accepted although registered guide/service dogs are welcome free of charge

The hotel facilities at the Porth Veor Manor are available to all guests staying in our villas and apartments. These include a bar, restaurant and conservatory, plus of course the grounds and a heated swimming pool.

All villa and apartment guests are most welcome to use our restaurant at The Porth Veor Hotel.

Breakfast available at a special price of £7 per person, children £5 (standard daily charge £8.95) or £42 for 7 nights if pre booked for your full duration.

Similarly our 4-course table d'hôte dinner available at £24 per person (standard daily charge £29).

Families with children are most welcome and early dinner available (6.30 - 7pm).

We also offer accommodation at our 3 Star Porth Veor Manor Hotel, on B&B or Half Board basis.
